Avis Hôtel Cala d’Or Playa à Mallorca

Schönes, nicht zu großes Familienhotel in ruhiger Lage von Cala d`Or. Hauptsächlich englische Familien. Lage zwischen Cala Esmeralda und Cala Gran (je 5 Minuten zu Fuß). Schöne Poolanlage mit 2 Wasserrutschen. Animation lustig, nicht aufdringlich und immer freundlich tagsüber und am Abend. Service im Restaurant und Essensqualität sehr gut. Kritikpunkt: Liegenreservierung am Pool (ab 8:30h kaum mehr eine Liege frei, da alles reserviert) - mit Schildern und Entfernung der Handtücher auf den zahlreichen, nicht benutzen Liegen könnte man dieses Ärgernis beseitigen

Encantados de repetir estancia en el hotel. La comida, el servicio, las habitaciones, el personal.... todo un 10, enhorabuena por la buena gestión.

Great stay with my family. The staff are excellent and the entertainment team are superb. Would highly recommend.

Good: Apartment was very clean and modern. Food and drink excellent. Anamcion excellent. Staff excellent. Bad: Sofa very uncomfortable for relaxing. Need more electrical sockets in the kitchen area. Many people walking around the hotel with no face coverings, maybe a leaflet could be given at check-in to explain the rules?

Ha sido una semana genial, los niños llorando al acabar sus vacaciones, los animadores siempre con ellos, el parque acuático una maravilla, el desayuno y el snack muy buenos, ya estamos pensando en el año próximo.

A very enjoyable stay as always so thank you. My only comment is that I thought the drinks and ice creams from the bar were expensive this year. Best wishes for the rest of the season.
