Check-in time is from 14h and check-out is until 11h.
The cleaning of the flats is done every two days, focusing on sustainability and water saving.
- Towels are changed only if they are left on the bathroom floor.
- Bed linen is changed once a week or upon request.
- The kitchen is only cleaned on the day of departure.
If you need an additional cleaning service please contact reception.Pool towels are available at reception free of charge, you only have to leave a deposit of 5 euros which you will receive when you return them. The cost of changing towels for a clean one is 2 euros.
If you have booked your breakfast and you are leaving early, please let reception know the day before and you will have your cold breakfast ready the next morning.
Breakfast buffet is from 8:30 to 10:30, then we open the snack until 16h, from 16h to 19h we offer pizzas, sandwiches and drinks. Dinner starts at 18h30 until 21h. The bar is open from 8am to 12 midnight every day.
The swimming pool is open from 10h to 18h, it may close at 19h in the middle of the summer, we recommend you check the opening times on the information boards and at reception.
The mini-disco is from 8.15 pm to 9 pm.
The entertainment starts at 10.30 am for the whole morning and midday, then the show starts at the end of the mini-disco. We advise you to check the schedule of activities on the information boards.
The car park is free of charge and subject to availability, reservations are not allowed.

- Mercadona: 3 km away, being the biggest in the area.Yes, in the hotel we have a luggage room where you can leave your luggage on the day of departure. There are also toilets with showers and towels in the reception building that you can use before checking out.
